Please note that LUCHA’s office at 3541 W. North Avenue is a drop-off location only. Completed applications can be submitted using the mail slot to the left of the front entrance. All mailed applications must be sent to the correct address listed above.
Criteria:
Madres Unidas, Borinquen Bella, Tierra Linda
- Family occupancy.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- All households’ members 18 years of age and older will have their income verified. Income verification must meet the income requirements per unit.
- Applicant must pass a background and credit check.
- Tenant must be able to secure utilities (gas and electric) in their name.
- No pets allowed.
HPR
- Single occupancy
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Must meet the income guidelines.
- Applicant must pass a background and credit check.
- Smoke-free building
- No pets allowed
