Introducing Encuentro Square Apartments located at 3759 Cortland Street and 1844 N Ridgeway in Chicago IL, in Chicago’s Logan Square community. It is immediately adjacent to the western end of the 606 Trail and linear park.

 Encuentro Square Apartments has two different rental programs: 

Project Based Voucher Program, which is under the guidance of The Chicago Housing Authority. This rental program is based on 30% of monthly household income. The Chicago Housing Authority waitlist for Encuentro Square Apartments is now open.

 Affordable Housing Program. The program rents are at a fixed monthly amount based on 60% of the area medium income. The rents are not subsidized. This program is not accepting applications until the end of July 2024; however, we encourage all interested applicants to go to encuentrosquare@evergreenreg.com and submit an email. Once the website is available, you will receive an email with directions on how to apply online.

We encourage interested parties to apply for both programs

Each program has their own waitlist and will not be interchangeable. There are maximum income limits associated with both programs. Leasing is expected to begin in August 2024 (depending on the construction completion date) for occupancy in late Fall 2024.
