LUCHA’s Project Jumpstart is launching a new Financial Empowerment Cohort for survivors of domestic violence. This collaborative initiative focuses on budgeting, saving, and building credit. Participants will meet bi-monthly as a cohort and engage in individually in one-on-one financial counseling with LUCHA’s housing counselors to work towards financial independence. The Cohort fosters a safe space where survivors may encourage one another and learn from each other as they collectively transition from unstable, financially insecure households to stable households with ample opportunity to thrive.
